Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
🚫 No-Shows
• Clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
💳 Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your total balance and are forfeited if you fail to provide adequate notice or no-show.
